In October I asked one Mortgage Originator to pre approve, after their assessment they said i won’t qualify for a homeloan and therefore cannot issue a certificate. Few days later i signed an Offer to Purchase regardless and that’s when I approached you.

She handled the application in a very professional way and always kept me up to date with any developments as far as the application was concern. What impress me was the fact that she always tried her utmost best. When certain banks were turning me down, she came up with an ingenious way of solving some problems that i had, until the bond was finally approved. I trust your week is off to a good start. I would like to personally thank you for the amazing service you have rendered to us to date. Not only did you get us the best possible rate with the bond itself but you also managed to make sure that it is a 100% bond. My morning was made when I got a call from Shackleton about the assurance offering which is more than 50% less than what the bank was offering us. We opted to take their offering and would be electing to decline the assurance from the bank.
